Who Ketu is
Ketu cuts. Wherever he sits he removes certainty: you may have the thing, but you will not feel connected to it. That is why Ketu so often leads to isolation, mysticism and an internal search.
Ketu does not destroy. He removes attachment. His purpose is evolution, but not through comfort. In timing, a strong Ketu phase brings sudden detachment and shocks, which is why the corpus advises protecting capital rather than expanding during one.
